Require no scrolling on important content - Make sure that visitors never have to scroll horizontally to view your most important content. If you are not able to fit all of your content on your homepage, be sure that the most important content is still visible without having to scroll.

Make sure that every page has a brief, but convincing sales pitch that includes your contact information. You can also use a lead form that offers a free consultation, white paper or other resource that provides incentives for visitors to submit their contact information.
